๐ Location
Neon Moon Tattoo ® is located in Flying Hills, Reading PA.
If an appointment is booked from another state in error, the $100 non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
๐ซ Age Restriction (18+)
* Including children and babies
A scannable state-issued ID or driver’s license must be presented.
We do not accept parental consent, you must be age 18 or over.
When booking online, you must book only for yourself and never make an appointment on behalf of someone else.
Any (1) guest attending must also provide valid ID and must be 18+.
๐ฏ Be Prepared with an Idea
Appointments should only be booked only once the subject or overall look is determined.
Messages can be sent via the CONTACT page to discuss ideas before scheduling.
โ๏ธ Always Custom Work
References requiring drawing will be re-drawn to create unique artwork.
Tracing is only used for handwriting or similar personal references.

๐ No Cover-Ups or Reworks
Cover-ups and reworks of other artists’ work are not currently offered.
Messages can be sent if a tattoo has been laser-lightened or is extremely faded from age or sun.
These projects are selective and may be declined.
๐ฒ Deposit Policy
$100 Deposit – Non-Refundable.
Deposits cannot be refunded once paid for any reason.
๐ Rescheduling
โ 48+ Hours Before Appointment
Reschedules made 2 or more days in advance can be completed via the original confirmation email by selecting “Change Appointment.”
The deposit will transfer to the new appointment. Confirmation will be sent by email.
๐บ Use this option for true emergencies only.
โ Cancellations
Reschedules made less than 48 hours before an appointment, regardless of emergency, are considered cancellations. Deposits are forfeited if an appointment is canceled for any reason.
Re-booking requires a new appointment booking with new deposit.
๐ต No Call / No Show
Failure to attend an appointment with no notice results in deposit forfeiture.
Future booking privileges will be restricted if a valid emergency was not communicated.

Arriving Late
Arrive on time or up to 15 minutes early.
If running late, contact must be made by email, call, or text (610-655-7885).
Social media messages are not accepted for lateness notifications.
Late arrivals without notice may result in booking restrictions.
If tardiness affects completion of the tattoo, rescheduling with a new deposit will be required.
๐งด Skin Prep
Moisturize the tattoo area for several days before the appointment, but not on the day of the session.
Sunburns, rashes, peeling skin, or other skin conditions must be fully healed prior to the appointment. Arriving with any of these conditions may require rescheduling and a new deposit.
๐ฉบ Health Prep
Hydration and food intake are recommended before the appointment.
Bring a hydrating drink and snack for appointments longer than 2 hours.
Consult a doctor before booking if taking blood thinners or medications affecting skin or blood.

Numbing products are not permitted. See the FAQ page for details.
๐งผ Aftercare
An aftercare sheet with instructions will be provided.
Supplies should be purchased prior to the appointment.
Recommended items:
• Ointment (ex: A&D)
• Liquid antibacterial soap (ex: Dial)
• Unscented lotion (ex: Cetaphil)
Second skin or film-style healing products are not provided, but may be used at home.
Healing concerns can be submitted via the CONTACT page.
Guidance can be provided, but professional diagnosis is not offered.
๐ Ink Loss / Second Pass *
Supply Fee
If ink loss occurs, contact must be made within 2 months of the appointment.
A booking link will be sent for a second pass session with a fee, covering ink and supplies. Free touch-ups are not offered. If a new tattoo is booked, the previous tattoo can be touched up during the session without a second pass fee. Inquire first if you'd like a second pass during a new appt.
