๐ Where are you located?
Neon Moon Tattoo ® is located in the
Flying Hills Shopping Center at
20 Village Center Dr
Reading, PENNSYLVANIA
There is a front parking lot facing Route 10 Morgantown Road with a large tower of signs. Neon Moon Tattoo is on that side. If you are seeing the golf course + golf carts, you are in the back and need to circle around to the front. You will see the studio sign in the correct lot. Go through the black gate, up the stairs, and the studio is on the left.

๐ How do I book a tattoo?
Click BOOK on this website and complete the following steps:
- Measure the area you plan to have your tattoo placed
(length x width = total square inches)
- Choose the tattoo size that most closely matches your measurement
- Select black & grey or color
- Select the date and time
- Read and Agree to the policies
- Complete the required fields and upload a reference image
- Pay the $100 non-refundable deposit
A confirmation email will be sent immediately.
A follow-up email may be sent within 24 hours to confirm your appointment and to address any questions about your tattoo.

โณ What are your hours?
Neon Moon Tattoo is an appointment-only studio and does not offer same day tattoos. Tattoo appointments and consultations can be scheduled through the Book page.

The studio does not keep regular open hours.
The front door remains locked at all times, including during tattoo appointments, and the studio may not be occupied unless a scheduled appointment is taking place.

๐ต How much will it cost?
Tattoo pricing is flat rate, based on size and color.
Total price is displayed during online booking.
• A $100 deposit is applied to the total price.
• Remaining balance is paid in person on the day of the appointment if the total exceeds $100.
Time required to do the tattoo does not affect the price.
๐ฐCan I use a payment plan?
Yes! Using Afterpay.
To book your tattoo using Afterpay, which allows you to split your tattoo cost into 4 payments, you must follow these 3 simple steps...
Step 1: Download the Afterpay app and get pre-approved for a spending balance. This step is required before purchasing a gift card.
Step 2: Once approved, use the Afterpay digital card provided in the app to purchase your Neon Moon Tattoo Gift Card via the GIFT CARDS page.
Step 3: After you receive your Neon Moon Tattoo gift card code, simply enter it on the checkout page when booking your tattoo.
This allows you to lock in your appointment while spreading the cost over time.

๐ฌ Can I book a consult?
In-shop consults with Victoria are available (for a fee) for those who want to see the shop, meet Victoria, or discuss a tattoo idea.
These consults can be booked via the BOOK page

The in-shop consult fee does not get applied to a tattoo deposit. These consults are for planning only - tattoos cannot be done on the same day.

๐ Do you do cover-ups or re-works?
Only new custom work is currently accepted.
Exceptions may include tattoos that have been significantly lightened by sun, age, or laser removal, or tattoos that are very small. Messages can be sent via CONTACT to determine eligibility.
๐ท๏ธ Do you do Friday the 13th flash?
A themed flash sheet is offered each Friday the 13th with 13 discounted pre-designed tattoos.
Linework-only, black & gray, or color options are available.
Reservations with payment in full must be made online in advance, as spots are limited, and these events sell out very quickly.

โ๏ธ Will I see my tattoo design before booking?
Drawing your tattoo takes as much time as tattooing it.
Your design will be shown on the day of your appointment, and time is built in for edits.
If it’s not quite right:
- โ Minor changes can be made on the spot (~15 mins)
- ๐ Major edits causes the appointment to be rescheduled and the current appointment is treated as an in-shop consult
- ๐ง If you change your mind entirely, the deposit covers the time spent determining that we're not a match
๐ซ Age Restrictions? (18+ only)
A scannable state-issued ID or driver’s license must be presented.
Parental consent can not be accepted for underage clients, you must be age 18 or over. When booking online, you must book only for yourself and never make an appointment on behalf of someone else. Any (1) guest attending must also provide valid ID and must be 18+. * Including children and babies
๐ Do you do piercings?
Piercings, permanent makeup, and body jewelry are not offered.
๐ผ๏ธ Can I order custom artwork?
Yes!
Victoria also creates custom art and pet portraits on canvas, and also paints murals

๐งผ What do I need for tattoo aftercare?
An aftercare sheet with instructions is provided at the end of your tattoo appointment.
Recommended supplies should be purchased in advance or on the way home from your appointment:
- Liquid antibacterial soap (Dial, etc.)
- Ointment (A&D, etc.)
- Unscented lotion (Cetaphil, etc.)
Second skin / film-style healing products are optional at home.
(it is not provided to you at the shop)
Concerns during healing may be submitted via the CONTACT page; guidance can be provided, but professional diagnosis is not possible and you may be referred to a doctor.
๐ฌ I’m nervous about pain.
Can I use something to numb it?
Pre-numbing creams are not permitted.
Lidocaine spray (offered in the shop) may be used during sessions including lines and shading or color. Applying any numbing products to your skin prior to getting tattooed is prohibited and can be dangerous, it can also affect how your tattoo heals in a negative way. If a numbing product is applied before arrival, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit retained.
Tips for reducing discomfort:
- Stay hydrated ๐ง
- Avoid caffeine โ
- Breathe and take breaks as needed
- Follow up sessions may be booked if needed
๐ฏ Can I bring a friend?
First-time or new clients may bring one support person (18+).
Returning clients are encouraged to attend solo unless assistance is required.
๐ What if I need a touch-up?
Ink loss must be reported within 2 months of the appointment.
A second pass session with a fee covers ink and supplies.
Free touch-up appointments on their own are not offered.
* Previous tattoos may be touched up during a new tattoo session without additional fees. Inquire if you'd like a tattoo touched-up during a new tattoo appointment.
๐ง Why does ink loss happen?
Tattoo ink may fade over time due to skin type, care routine, sun exposure, medication, or other factors.
Second passes are offered as needed.

Future selection may be offered to loyal clients demonstrating commitment paired with a background in fine arts.
